It was fast, she was very nice and informative.

Since I have never had a bladder infection or an uti before, I wasn't sure what it was. I didn't have time to make a doctor appointment and then go to lab and then wait for results in two or three days. Same thing with Urgent Care. It was fast and easy. From the time I looked up the location, made the appointment, was seen by an amazing practitioner, was tested, had my prescription - it was less than 1.5 HOUR.

The nurse practitioner was very friendly and knowledgeable. The process was easy and I was seen ontime.

this is to funny you would ask how poor your service really is for AMERICANS since it was made for ILLEAGAL immigrates seems more suited for .. i have no insurance my taxes pay to give it to them for free while i work without that i cant afford, for a visit to see a doctor for ANTIBOTICS because im sick for last 7 days taking over the counter TRASH that just mask the illness don't help it even to go away, UPPER RESPTORY INFECTION .. would go away with a prescription filled , but i have had it so long and still working it turned into PNEUMONIA at this point hard breathing drowning in flem , so whats important for visit office trashy inspection , you know pulse,breath,wax in ears , up the nose, so it could be said i was EXAMINED.. as it was much more important to get all my meta data , im just repeating i have a bad cold turned infection i need a breather and antibiotics but i have to keep working we are at busy time of year, please also give me a back up also in case it dont go away , SHE GIVES THE OK I WILL , I ASK FOR AMOXICILLIN for the back up she says ok , coll now as i had to take rest of day feeling so bad i had sent to wal-mart white lake , 30mins drive then i can go home and crash yay, WRONG - I GET THERE THEY SAY THERE IS ONLY 1 PERSCRIPTION , I SAID NO THE DOCTOR CALLED IN 2 FOR ME AND I EVEN TOLD THEM THE SCRIPT , THE DOCTOR AT WAL-MART WANTED JUST TO VERIFY 2 BECASUE THEY WAS BOTH ANTIBIOTICS WELL G THE DOCTOR SAY NEVERMIND JUST 1 , 7 DAY SUPPLY TWICE A DAY , AND TELL ME THE NURSE NOT DOCTOR GAVE ME A PERSCRIPTION SO THE DOCTOR THAT I DID NOT SEE OR MEET WAS NOT EVEN THE ONE THAT CAVE ME THE OFFICE VISIT FOR $161 SO I COULD GET A ANTIBOITIC PERSCRTION FOR A COLD/FLU THEN PAY $21 FOR 7 DAYS OF MEDICINE , BY THE WAY DID NOT FULLY TAKE TO INVECTION AWAY , THANK GOT AT HOME I HAD IVERMECTIN 4 TUBES , THIS IS HOW BS THE MEDICAL HAS BECOME .. I ENEDED UP TAKING 2 DAYS OFF WORK ALSO .. BUT ILLEAGALS GET ALL THIS FOR FREE FROM TAX PAYER DOLLARS LIKE MINE , WHEN I RELIZE IM STILL SICK FIRST THING I DID WAS TRY AND CALL BACK TO THIS PLACE TO HAVE THEM CALL IN ANOTHER PERSCRIPTION , NOPE .. TO CALLS HAVE TO GO BACK IN PAY ANOTHER $161 FOR ANOTHER VISIT FOR THAT CALL THESE SEEMS LIKE NOTHING BUT A SCAM , I WILL NOT USE AGAIN

The nurse/medical examiner who performed my physical was extremely rude and short, almost to the point of being condescending which I didn't appreciate it all. I will never go back to CVS or the minute clinic again. I would rather go wait three hours at Concentra. Absolutely terrible experience.

The provider had a positive outlook/attitude. It was a pleasure speaking with her. She was efficient with the time.

It was very efficient. I did have to wait until 30minutes after my appointment time.
